Tease ratings question, possible bug?

I did not found info on that in the Webtease board, so...

How exactly is rating the Webteases work? I have not rated any regulars atm, but a couple of Flash teases. Now yesterday came across one that I was sure that I rated it before, but I could do it again. Just checking it again today, and I can rate it again.

Logging out and in again it says I have already rated it. But certainly if I wait a couple of hours or until tomorrow I could rate it again.

Is this working as intended? Can I legally rate a tease multiple times?

Would that not be, like, cheating?
