Birthday webtease request?

Hi there, I have been on the site awhile but i don't yet know how to make a tease or have the time to recently, it would be greatly appreciated if someone would be up to the task of making a somewhat custom tease for me. this is totally random and might not get anything out of it but i hope for it to be a tease based on amber heard, i have pictures and a video for it as well as an idea of a story line for the tease but again don't know where to start when it comes to making one, if it comes down to it i could find some way to repay you if you'd like.. any help would be appreciated
