Any "Audio Teases" ?

Hey everyone,

as u might see, I am quit new registered here but i follow this site since quite some time. I got to admit i love it here and I really like the community :)

But there is something on my mind since quite some time:
I love instructional Teases, on video or here on this site ... but I am looking since quite some time for a tease that is only Audio. So i can put my headphones on, close my eyes and just do it that way.
I have done the jackpot series so far ... but I didn't really like it.
So, does anyone of u know some kind of "just audio instruction tease" ?
