So first of all here's a good video review that covers a lot of good points about it, and I totally agree with everything said there. Also it shows the product good in action.

Now my two cents mainly concerning this particular forum's fetishes.
First of all, no, you can't use it for orgasm denial, because it lacks slow enough speeds. Personally I found that the slowest speed suits me rather well, and I don't see a point in higher speeds, though I would eb glad if there were lower speeds. This thing is powerful and it is rather speedy.

Second - you can't reprogram it without dismanrling it and manually re-flashing the chip, which will take lots of electronics expertise and special equipment. It simply not worths it.

Third (and that's a great news for some) - you can actually do forced orgasm and POT with it. Which is one of the things I was sooo looking for in a toy. It's actually the first toy that can do it reliably and good. There are other similar electronic toys, but as the guy in the review says (and I agree) they are not good. This one keeps going even if you hit the bottom if it - it's powerful. It won't stop.
For the purpose it has complex enough patterns that make the feeling random-ish and you will not get used to them the way you can get used to simple rotary motion.

Last thing, I don't know how well rotary motion does for girls, but I'll just say that I'm pretty sure you can stick gritty enough silicone dildo in the rotating unit (take off the default silicone sleave first), and it will rotate the dildo just fine.
