Feedback: Female Superiority Explained by PeterPan

Post by micheleFFS »

I read this tease with high hopes, since it was (presumably) written by a woman. However, I was disappointed. With an exception here and there (especially the discussion of the vulnerability of male genitals compared to female), I felt female superiority was extolled rather than explained.

To my thinking, a full explanation of female superiority would begin with her physical abilities and personal traits that give grounds for her superiority and then discussion of the ways men are inferior and the benefits to both genders when the male accepts his status and yields to the woman.

I've recently written a bit on this subject in a couple of different works, so I offer them here as examples of what I mean.

One story I'm working on has this list of female superior traits:

Female Superiority is evident in three physical capabilities and three common behaviors.
The three capabilities:
  • The awe-inspiring ability to impart life
The ability to provide nourishment to her children
The ability to regularly experience multiple orgasms, her birthright
The three key behaviors women tend to employ more than men:
  • Empathy
    Cooperation
    Willingness to delay gratification
In another context, I wrote:

We all know that, particularly in the formative years, girls almost always have better impulse control than boys. (It’s one of the main reasons for this forum to exist, after all.) I have a hypothesis, which I can’t prove, that among the causes of this difference is the nature of male genitals. Being literally “out there,” they are more easily stimulated, aroused and brought to a peak. In fact, the evolutionary point of a male is to ejaculate, to spread his seed. Males, by their nature, want to hurry things along. Hence, lack of impulse generally. No doubt brain development is involved and is different for boys and girls.
Furthermore, in many societies, males are trained to be “out there,” assertive, aggressive, impatient, domineering. This has led to a power imbalance between men and women do the detriment of both genders and therefor, the entire human race (with some matriarchal and individual exceptions).

I went on to suggest that males learn self-control and restraint from females, even in controlling their sexual gratification.

What do others think of the webtease and of my approach to female superiority?
