help with inserting pictures in post?

hello, i am having trouble getting images to show up when i try to put them in a post, i click the image button and copy/paste the url between the though nothing shows up maybe i am doing something wrong?

I recently had the same problem the following link helped:

I used Zippyshare.com and found that by using just the text from the "Embed Image" line, it would work everytime.
