Just a few ideas that I will never have the time nor resources to make but would love to see if others wish to embark on a project.

Fap the Parcel
Xmas themed videos which you follow the beats to for an unknown amount of time each round. In the break, some quiz or bonus / malus as the parcel is unwrapped

Fap and Field
Sports themed videos where each one is linked to a sporting event either in fapping speed or duration or style . Qualifying rounds for each event with a final at the end so each stage gets harder. E.g. 100fap, fap 100 times fast. 150 fap hurdles, fapping to a hurdle like rhythm

Fap Quest
Probably have to be done via a website or something but basically a bit like those room teases where after each video you pick which way to go that gets you to a new video etc. Kepp running around the dungeon until you find the exit / goal / keys etc.

Hope that gets a few (creative) juices flowing

for the fap quest, it would be more an idea for a flash game or a flash tease than a coch hero type video that's for sure hehe

the fast xmas parcel on the other hand is quite possible

but I completely hate the fap & field idea, counting the movements just kill any mood from the tease/video, but that's my personal feelings, and we see many of those sort of tease here in milovana, I just don't like them

How about a CH designed around the idea of anal play as well? It could be mixed fapping and anal, like fapping w/ nothing, fapping w/ fingers, fapping w/ some object, etc. It'd still be obviously fap-centric (provided, of course, that the author didn't want to break the entire mold hook, line, and sinker), but as of yet, the only CH I've seen that includes any kind of anal play at all was Cock Instruction (or CH Play With Me; can't remember), and that was only because the one of the JOI's used included it.

that would need a whole "Anal Hero" franchise hehe
but seeing the number of teases that include anal, there must be more than a little demand here
of course the beats can't be as fast as a normal cock hero unless the player is top athlete huhuhu
