The Chinese are holding it as collateral until they get their payment on that $16.7 trillion. President Obama has called a secret meeting at The Pentagon to find a solution to get that pinnacle of the bastion of cultural effervescence returned to The People, but it looks like they're going to have to raise the debt ceiling to 30 trillion to get our chat back and avoid the risk of riots in the streets!
