I thought I read somewhere on the board that they were making a new web site or making a BUNCH of changes, but I really havn't seen them. Did I miss read or something?

Who's "they"? You can talk to us directly!

Currently we're focusing on Nyx, so there won't be any major site updates until March or so. You can find out more about planned features here.

I have been here for sometime now and I remember when "What's coming soon" would be asked by 5 different members everyday. Wasn't the deadline around July 2007 or something like that?

So yeah, here I am bringing back that popular question.

Not quite. We wanted to release a trailer by July, but the community wanted interactive teases instead. So we put the trailer on hold (it's about 50% finished) and did the FlashTease system instead.

You have to understand, I can make plans and announcements all I want, at the end of the day all that counts is what you guys want! And that's ultimately what we will be working on.

The secret project. When I wrote the "Coming Soon" I was aiming for a mid-2008 release. But now that we've the released the FlashTeases separately I realize that people don't want to wait for one huge release two years into the future. So instead we are going to chop the secret project up into several components and release them one by one. Then, when it's all up and running, we'll put it together and that will be the day that button finally goes live.

When will that day be? No idea. 2008, 2009, 2010? Doesn't really matter, what matters is that we have a goal and that we have a lot of fun along the way. And trust me there's some great stuff coming up, both things that are already announced (FlashTease 2, tease editing guide, reworked pages) and things that are as of yet unannounced.
