I don't know about the "jar" bit, but I'm pretty sure he's asking if there's a BDSM app for a phone? Like SexScripts/CyberMistress but mobile.

Oh wait, got it. .jar is a file format for java.

If that's the case, I'm pretty confident that no such program exists.

I guess TS is talking about the JAva Runtime (JAR), and if he is, the question makes definately sense.

As far as i know, there is no mobile app for this kind of fun, Java based or otherwise. Best you can do is viewing teases in web browser like Opera mini. On Java phones you will probably be restricted to webteases though (no flash).
