Definitely go back to the beginning. Cock hero 1 & 2 Don't even have any hardcore content, and I remember how amazing I thought they were when I first discovered them. They are also shorter, and the beats are fairly simple. Practice a bit with those two, then move up to 3 when you feel like you are ready for a bit more of a challenge. 3 is the first with real hardcore content, and they keep getting better, longer, faster, etc. You might also try The Flux dance vids. Even though they are longer, and have hardcore action, and there is edging involved, the beats are simpler, so they might be easier for you. They recent Champions of Cocknia is a good challenge for beginners, and extremely well done. Good luck!
