What is a way to "make" or train yourself to come twice

I am assuming you mean less than 24 hours, or twice in the same day.

If you have had at least Three days of denial
and are drinking fluids like you should
you should have no difficulty having two orgasms in one day... you may need several hours rest between them... but two in one day is very possible...

now if you are talking two one immediately followed by another that is a whole different answer!

When people talk about cumming twice or more, I take it for granted that we are talking about full, proper orgasms. Ruined/minimized orgasms is plain cheating in this context.

Best advice I can give is simply to set yourself a goal of cumming twice (for starters) and be REALLY focused on that goal after you cum the first time. The desire to keep going will of course go to hell the moment you cum, but if you stick with it, the feeling will come back after a couple minutes or so.

I can typically cum about 3 times in 30 mins and about 5 in 60 - full orgasms, no cheating. No real trick to that, other than pure determination.
