So I actually asked this in my review thread already, but I doubt a lot of people read this kind of thing, so I'll ask here. I'v recently bought Nexus Revo prostate massager, and while I'm glad with how it works and the feeling (it definitely hits the right spot) I have this problem. Whenever I use it I have considerably less cum when I orgasm. And it does not shoot out like it normally does, but leaks out.
I actually don't know what to think. I know other people have MORE cum upon prostate stimulation, and they get precum too. And I sort of expected it. But for me it's the opposite.
I don't have no pain or negative feelings (aside from being wary).
So, can someone give me tips or advice. But don't go on about visiting a doctor, because I'm perfectly fine when I DON'T use it.

Re: Very little ammount of cum when using prostate massager
Lack of precum is probably just simply down to your glands not producing much. Guys are VERY different when it comes to both amount as well as how easily precum is triggered. Some times I can leak significant amounts of precum even at the smallest sexy thought even without being hard. At the same time, some guys don't have precum at all.
As for ejaculation, does it feel like your system is trying to pump and spasm as usual, or is the feeling different too? Oozing cum necessarily has one of two possible explanations: the precence of the massager either tricks your body into not spasming at all, or it still tries to, in which case the massager is blocking the flow through your prostate.
In either case nothing to worry about imo, things being a bit different when cumming with a massager up there is only to be expected and nothing special :)

Yes, I most certainly CAN do it again!
Re: Very little ammount of cum when using prostate massager
when I'm horny for quite a long time (for example if I browse and sort my porn for 30-60 minutes - I get a drop of pre-cum on the tip of my penis all by itself, even though I'm not hard all of this time. When I get to do 20+ edges, I get precum too. Small ammounts, but still.Lack of precum is probably just simply down to your glands not producing much.
Yes, the orgasm feels completely as usual. I would actually say, that the orgasm is the same in all respects, but pre-orgasm state is more sensitive with the massager. As for ejaculation, does it feel like your system is trying to pump and spasm as usual
That's the thought I had too. But I doubt it's healthy, that's why I'm concerned.in which case the massager is blocking the flow through your prostate.
....
In either case nothing to worry about imo
Didn't expect this problem at all.I've experienced this myself, and in my case it was like Janmb said, the massager was just pushing too hard on my prostate and blocked the flow of semen.

Re: Very little ammount of cum when using prostate massager
You shouldn't really consider it a problem or a concern at all Nez...
Fair enough, I'm no MD, but I have studied this fairly extensively.
If the massager makes you both ejaculate less than usual and ALSO produce even less precum than you would normally expect, this pretty definitely boils down to the massager blocking your tubing somewhat.
Which is, contrary to what logic might suggest, NOT a problem.
Many people have similar concerns about strangled orgasms too, where the cock itself is plugged or choked while your body is trying to ejaculate. A lot of people think that is dangerous too - which is also not the case.
A couple points to remember:
1. Everything that comes out of your urethra passes through your prostate. The prostate is in many ways a hub for all the different fluids your cock can ever expel.
2. Your ejaculation doesn't not come from the testicles, contrary to popular belief. Close to 100% of the fluid you ejaculate is produced by the prostate itself as well as the seminal vesicles (a gland adjacent to the prostate).
3. Ejaculation is driven be the prostate itself, helped by involuntary contractions of the pelvic muscles. The other glands do not themselves pump or build any sudden pressures at all. For example the testicles, who contribute only with sperm cells, making up around 5% or less of your seminal fluid, eases its way from your testicles up into the prostate and urethra well before you ejaculate... and when that happens, the prostate is what's pressing it out.
And here's the beautiful part: The prostate has a build-it safety valve where things can go when they can go elsewhere: Your bladder.
In your case it sounds to me like either the urethra in the lower part of the prostate is being constricted somewhat by the pressure from the massager... Absolutely no problem with that, unless you plan to have it inserted 24/7.
An interesting test you can easily try to confirm this even further: Try peeing with the massager in place... Does it restrict urine as well? Expect somewhat less effect from urine since both the pressure can be higher and the fluid is less dense, but I suspect you will see a slightly reduced flow of urine compared to normal too
A handy anatomy illustration for reference:
