there is a german online shop with cheap cb-series (or cb-series-fakes) for ~30-35$ and free shipping, but they don't ship internationally (link: eis .de). So if you know someone you trust in Germany, they could buy it and then mail it to you.

And about ebay, when you look there, make sure you have chosen international search in the advanced search options. Because there are lots of CB-(fake)s in Austria with price up to 50$, but it's not always included by default.

You can get cb6000's on ebay for about £30 in the uk, I think they are replicas from china but they are still the same good quality product, I've got mine from there
