Isn't that pretty much impossible?

AFAIK the best way to not cum is to slow down or lighten the intensity. If you continue doing what you were doing before to reach the point where you're about to cum...you will cum. Mind over matter can delay the process somewhat, but at some point your body will react. The most I ever read (and saw) was a guy who could have dry orgasms instead of wet ones, as long as the pleasure wasn't too focused on his cockhead. But he was still going over the edge.
