Sorry, but to say that fat girls have a harder life that thin girls is crap. There is just as much anti-thin propaganda in the media, possibly more because its now seen as un-PC to make fun of overweight people but its fine to have headlines like "Shockingly Thin Celebs!" etc.
Ive have overweight girlfriends and underweight girlfriends in the past, and they all had issues about the way they looked. The big difference ive noticed is that people find it much more acceptable to make comments about a skinny girl to her face.

I agree the media doesnt help, it portrays the perfect woman as thin waisted, big tits, blonde and the perfect man has huge biceps and a six-pack and nobody looks like that in real life, but making comments like:
lust wrote:. Also, i see a lot nearly anorexic women, who think that they are the sexiest human being, but they're not!
Doesnt help either![/quote]

im sorry I wasnt trying to insult skinny girl, what i mean is by experience, i saw skinny ass girl who though they where the sexiest human being and degrading other people. Maybe it because i'm young and younger people are Like this. But what i mean is, why are skinny women pirtrayed as thesexiest women and everything, why arent the curvy one portrayed sexy?

Im not saying that one IS better then the other. I know a lot of Nice women, think or voluptuous i'm
just more physically attracted to voluptuous women. If in thé thread, it sounded like I was trying to degrade skinner women, it was not what i was trying to do!

You make a number of fine points with this post and your previous ones.

This is something that irritates me quite a bit. I'm 5'5" and 114 lbs. (164cm and 52kg), which makes my BMI 19.0. This is in the range of "normal" when it comes to body fat. I'm on the low end of normal, but *not* underweight. Yet, i've lost count of how many times i've gotten comments suggesting i'm too thin. It's *always* from other women.

My body weight will fluctuate up and down about 10 lbs from my current weight to 125lbs or so at its highest. This depends on my eating habits, and how active I am. But this is my natural body weight. It's quite unnerving to have heavier girls flat out insult me, as if i'm starving myself, and find it perfectly acceptable.

Never in my life have I seen a heavier girl trying on a bathing suit while shopping and said, "Damn girl, you need to loose a few lbs". I have never been out to dinner with someone heavier and said, "Sweetie, you need to stop eating now, that's what's making you fat". Yet, it seems perfectly acceptable for strangers to make comments to me on how I look in a bathing suit, and for people to tell me to keep eating when i'm full.

At least here in the States, there are so many overweight people, that the general perception of what represents a normal healthy figure is completely skewed. Food portions are out of control. Technology makes it increasingly easier to do increasingly less and less physical activity. I spent half a year in Europe not too long ago and didn't receive a single negative comment about my figure. I saw a distinct difference in the body types there, as opposed to what I see here in the States.

I don't think the OP sought out to insult anyone. But from my perspective, it's the same insult I hear thrown at me plenty often. In all likelihood, I *am* the 'skinny girl who thinks she's the sexiest human being', that he's mentioning. But from my point of view, this is my natural body weight, i'm well within the range of normal in the eyes of science & medicine, I know i'm attractive, and i'm not going to apologize for it simply because other people with differing body type preferences have another opinion to give.

Sorry my point wasn't clear. I know that some girls are skinny and can be attractive, a nice/kind person and everything (like you, I think). But was i was trying to say is I see a lot of skinny girl make fun of other women/people thinking that they are the sexiest thing on earth (which as you said doesn't quite describe you). Why is it like this? Why is the society putting it this way that those girl are better why isn't it seen as all girl are equals. Sure some will have some preference (beauty differs from the eye of the beholder) but i wasn't even trying to insult you or anything. If i did, i'm sincerely sorry, because it is NOT what i was trying to do.

Alright well I must have misread what you were trying to say, sorry.
I dont know why skinny girls are portrayed as sexiest (are they portrayed that way? I see plenty of curves out there). Theres the whole burlesque thing, and girls like Christina Hendricks on TV (    ). Maybe you're looking in the wrong places!
Also, if you wanna see more curves in teases, then write some ;-)

The points you made were mentioned by that super skinny actor (I forget his name). He gets super annoyed by people(usually women) commenting on his low weight. He mentioned a great comeback

"Of course I look skinny, I'm standing next to YOU"

Women are catty (hurt on purpose, spiteful), they will insult one another, but only using insults that can't be turned around. Skinny girls will call girls who weigh more than them 'fat'...heavier girls will call girls that are thinner than them 'too thin'. Girls will give other girls a hard time about what they're wearing, their hair, just about anything really. If you have too many friends who are guys, you're a slut. If you don't have enough, you're not attractive enough to hang out with guys, etc.

You seem to have singled out one small group of women, under a pretty large assumption, that's all. Girls can be very mean, and believe me...it's far from limited to skinny girls making fun of girls that weigh more than them.

I don't take any offense to your post(s).

;) I'm not normally one for insulting people in return. But I suppose that would quiet down some people.

I'm not even *that* thin. I consider myself pretty average, as there are girls who are definitely much thinner than I am. Anyways...back on topic.

No kidding. I was once on a bus, and there was a group of 2 girls and one guy, college aged. One girl "normal" weight, one girl a bit chubby.
The group was coming in or going out, I forget, anyhoo, the door hit the chubby girl (not too hard) as it was closing. The other girl says "well, you would not have felt it much". The chubby girl did the laugh thing. I was like :-O
