I had never heard of the term phimosis, so I looked it up on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phimosis). Obviously, Human, you know this already, but for the edification of others, phimosis is a condition where the foreskin cannot be fully retracted, or worse, not retracted at all.

One of the researchers cited in the Wikipedia article posits that alternative masturbation practices such as thrusting the penis into a pillow, rolling the penis between the palms, or rubbing the penis between the thighs can lead to phimosis. Well there's actually a few medical complications you may face.
First of all it may rip eventually. Just a bit, of course, but it'll be quite bad.
Second - One day the foreskin may slip further opening the head at full, but then lock just under the crown of the head of the penis, so you won't be able to close it without medical assistance.

it's not at all good looking thing if you plan to find a girlfriend too. Personally, I don't see a point of not getting cut. Also cut dick will never smell bad after a long work day and all in all looks better than the uncut one.

As Nezhul mentioned, there is a very real danger of tearing during intercourse. Masturbation, you can control the force you exert. Its a different matter during penetration. I found (to my dismay) when I used a masturbation sleeve that the action would cause the foreskin to retract behind the head, then come back, causing pain.

Even for masturbating, you are missing out on the naked head. I can masturbate with the foreskin never retracting; or retracting the foreskin to wedge it behind the head and using lube. Its a totally different experience to touch the naked head. Very very sensual. Without retracting the foreskin, you are relying on pressure to stimulate, with retraction, a feature soft touch suffices.

I would strongly recommend you ameliorate the condition.

I dont recommend circumcision. I like the fact that I can "unwrap" the fella for play, and when the play is over it goes back into its protective casing. Sensitivity is also more, super awesome for T&D.
