CBT on a bound penis

Unfortunately my penis doesnt cooperate and stay erect during (non-mild) cbt. Yesterday I tried something else. I tied it up at the base so blood could not flow out, and then stroked with a copious amount of bengay. Very very painful. But I did not have to concentrate on keeping an erection. Anyone else tried this?

Or course, I untied after 20-25 mins

Be very, very careful. When you shut off circulation, cells aren't getting oxygen. They don't last very long withou it. You want to keep your penis healthy.

I haven't exactly done what you described, but I have done various other things that are variations on your theme. As hhhobo said, you do need to be careful when tying. Twenty minutes is probably a good time to stop, untie, and do something else for a bit. You can achieve close to the same effect with a good cock ring (Mine is steel) as that will restrict, but not eliminate, blood flow in the area, helping you stay hard longer. Dommes also seem to like the look of a metal ring, or leather strap around a male's genitals. Just a thought.

Have you talked to a doctor about "staying errect" ?
perhaps cialis, or viagra if you don't have any medical difficulties?

Anouther option is to do no pain to train yourself once again to enjoy stroking.
just do stroking if you get errect fine if not... try again tomorrow and repeat
(though I still think you may wanna talk to a doctor)

The point is that the hard pain considered by the body as a threat. And the instinctive reaction to threat - is mobilizing the energy for defensive functions, switching off non-vital functions of the body. That should be a normal reaction on pain for most men - to loose erection, because in a vital situation it will get in the way of survival. Nothing wrong with that, IMO.

Ugh, the little guy isnt working anymore. After the cbt session, I untied and stroked away for an hour. The next day and today, I have not been able to have an erection. Maybe the chemicals and tourniquet overloaded something. Hope it recovers.

You should visit a doctor. Actually two doctors - about your penis and your head, because it's not normal to come that far. It's not even "kinky" anymore - it's plane sick of you.
