In Ruined by sisters, part 1, 1885 wrote that ruining an orgasm is pretty demanding for the flesh and the body, because the penis has to do the work of expulsion that the stimulation usually does.

(but if it puts your mind at ease, I seriously doubt a ruin orgasm is actually bad for your penis in any way)
