Those awful one-pagers

it's ridiculous to say that nothing should be banned or removed. Removing these 1pageteases would not be censorship, just a cleanup of the webteases database and making, keeping this website structured

Of course I understand others like different things, and I am not asking to have things I dislike removed. I am just asking to stop people from post requests as a webtease. Instead they should do that on the forum, the designated topic. The webtease section is for webteases, not for ads.

I mean, a car dealer sells cars en will not buy a boat and try to sell it. Or a bakeryshop will not suddenly buy iron: it is making bread/cakes etc, not metal products. So if a bakery does not sell fruit, is it censoring or discriminating? People will just go to a neighboring shop and buy their apples at a fruit shop.

Also, a news website has categories: international news will not be categorized as national news. Financial news is different from sports and just name it. It's not like there's no room on this website for people to request for a dom(me), there is and they should use that designated topic on the forum - not the webtease section!!

I don't know if its feasible but perhaps the solution is to move them to another area on the site.
Then make them accessible through a link either on the Looking For A Dom or Sub forum or another link on the site. Another solution is to renovate the Looking For A Dom or Sub forum so that link can accept one-page "webteases."

Then someone with administrative access could monitor the webteases site and when a one pager appears it the webteases the one-pagers could be moved to that area.

While I find the one-pagers annoying, it is an interesting way for a person to find a dom or a sub. I've been wrong before, but I doubt posting a one-pager on Milovana's webteases page is an effective way to find a dom or a sub.

I think I may have a solution everyone that would satisfy most people. One side in general is saying remove it and one is saying they have the right to stay. How about adding a tag like "advertisement" to all teases that fall under this category and ad this tag to the filter list so if we want to exclude all teases with this tag, we simply need to click the tag and they are no longer visible. I do not think this would be very hard to do programming wise, it is the simple addition of a tag.

Well I for one do feel teased every time I open up a one pager.
But on the bright side it only took a few seconds of my life so I don’t think they are a big problem.

I also recall several years ago that there were a number of teases that had a penalty of posting something humiliating about yourself so maybe it is just some people doing the older teases.

First off, I vote we stop calling them webteases right now. They are not webteases in any way, shape, or form. I agree 100% that we should filter or censor any webteases from this site. We should however, filter things out of the webtease section that are not webteases.

And it isn't like they don't already have a venue to ask for domms. Granted one thread is a bit sloppy, but it would take an admin all of 2 minutes to add a new section to the forums for this. I don't understand why it hasn't been done already to be honest.

I also agree with Nezhul (thought I'd never say that). If none of the admins care that the quality of the site is going down, then we might as well all join in on the fun and create personal ads.
