I cant remember the name of this tease, all i remember is that you had an option to stroke either the head of your cock of the base of it. Cant remember much more about it, but hopefully someone will remember the name of it?

I'm not sure if this is what you're remembering, but one of my favorite tease series is the Academy de Cruaciatus series by Tiggerly1. At least the fourth and fifth one (and maybe others) instruct you to stroke just the bottom half, or just the top half, or in some cases, just the head. That, combined with the requirement to do a certain number of strokes before a timer finishes...it's really very nice. :)

Yup Ibelieve it's academy. I believe in the 1st part you had to choose what you like more, and were told to stroke only head of the shaft, so you actually didn't much like the result.
