Its definitely possible and i have had at least one on purpose, a few by accident....

Well depends on how long.. and what kind of denial..for a guy.
I have also found my self getting "bitchy" with Long term denial and no milking
after about 30 days of denial or more (but about 30) I notice I get really short tempered

Depends on a person. There are men who would become bitchy too. If a person likes the idea of submission and OD, then he/she likes it. If not, he will resist by all means, emotionally included.
