dunno. There are teases like stories where you aren't exactly doing a thing but still it's hot and enjoyable to read them. Same's here. It's hard to do it (if possible at all), but if you take it as a mere STORY and fantasy - that's definitely hot. Imagining yourself in such a facility (except ballbusting thing - totally not my thing) is extremely hot. Therefore someone rates it high, because they enjoy to read it through.
