Post shortcuts

I use view unread posts all the time which is fine.
My problem is with "New Posts"
This seems to only list for an hour or so.

Is it possible to extend that to a longer period.
or a number of posts like on the home page.
more than just five perhaps a dozen as that seems to be a single screen full.
Chronologically posts not new threads.

I know I can go to the forum index but that can need some searching through the various forums and sub forums.

Instead of just the latest five links could we do something different?

however I am also aware that this would require a change in the appearance of the page
and probably a bit of programming

still It would be nice if there was a link to "active topics" on the page
instead of just the latest five, because honestly once they are off the screen
only a few people think to look in forums
under "active topics"
and keep posting
I know I have missed out on some fun because "Eye of the Beholder" got buried before I saw it
and started posting... I mean 320 pages of postings?
should be more easy to find.
Official "I'm Looking For A Domme, Dom or sub" Thread as a link would save a LOT of spam
including possibly the "advertisement' teases I hate so much!

I know it's a lot to ask but if instead of five postings.
I recommend:
(1) <new posts>
(2) active topics <all everything>
(3) Active topics <the art of webteasing>
(4) <unread posts>

these four should do, is it possible to change it to that? how much work is that?
Is there anyone besides Seraph who can do this?

Mind you I appreciate all there is to this site, and all that is done, these are just suggestions
on how we might improve!

i agree that this would improve the site, however as a reader of the stories section, these sections could be grouped into a 6th section of: other or misc

Just a comment, I browse the stories forum, but I can see Les' point and SC's. On another tangent, maybe the looking for a "Dom, Domme or sub" forum could under a "read these first" category (if that wouldn't be too much trouble to create), along with a few rules, (like no pedophilia, no copyrighted pictures. etc.) and the Webteases help threads. I'm not sure how to fix the post problem, but I'm sure I have missed many entertaining topics since I first discovered this site.
