What tasks to give to your sub

I was wondering, fellow Doms

What kind of tasks do you give your subs to do via online? What's the best way to teach them obedience? To make them want more and more discipline? To promote loyalty? How do you make sure they really do the assignments?

Yes you can lie about doing assignments... but what is the point of that?

As to tasks
I have NO 'general assignments other than
using one of my webteases as an assignment (which i do, do though rarely)
Every person is different
Has different toys available
different interests
likes Porn differently

I work creating unique individualized
daily assignments
which is why I get a little upset when I don't hear a report
and I worry to... how is the person doing?

that is why I have found it important to find out
(1) what kind of teasing does the subby like? denial? Femme? Humiliation? pain? some mix?
Often there is a mix so finding out how much of what takes a bit.
(2) what is there favorite porn
(3) what toys do they have?
Some people have lot's others nothing but household items
One subby has a literal chest full of vibes and whips and gags and clamps and rope and...
(4) what limits does the subby have
now many get confused and list things that NO Dom should do, but everyone has individual limits.

things I consider limits for ALL subbies:
Nothing illegal (don't want you in jail) Nothing Permanent (this is online let's keep it light)
Nothing Financial(go to a pay site if you want to shell out money)
No scat, or children (that should be under illegal)

Thank you for the suggestions. I must admit, I am not exactly sure what web teases are? I have seen some other posts giving the impression many don't like it. From what I have seen, it doesn't really do anything for me either. Personally I want the real deal not just cyber domination but real world domination of my sub too! That's why I only (most of the time) accept subs locally because I expect at one point, sooner or later, their body is mine to use, abuse, tease and torment, all the while loving every minute of it.

I am going to take your advice and when my sub is feeling better, ask him what toys he already has? That would help me decide what task to give

yes. make him tell you what he wants. since what turns you on is making him do things, make him do the things he wants you to make him do. it's weird but i think we've all embraced that already.
and yes, it is far more satisfying to have personal contact (as i type on the internet). there are lots of parties here in nyc and meet ups, you shouldn't have trouble finding a flesh and blood sub.
