ok so im kinda into a little pain and cbt cock ball torture but i also want to be safe and possibly have kids someday... i know the testicles are tough but yet sensitive at the same time i just want to make sure i dont go too far

the activities i do most are
-tying up the testicles.. usually around the base
-icy hot sometimes
-cold ice
-clothespins at times

i always try to be careful and never cut off circulation but are those things too dangerous to do? mainly worried about it affecting sperm and not being able to have kids someday if i wanted to...

Make sure to put the clothespins on the ballsac and not on the testicles themselves. I don't think that kind of pressure is safe.

Everything you're doing is safe, in moderation. For example, don't tie your balls so tight (even at the base) that they turn purple/blue, unless you're only doing it for a SHORT time...like a minute or less.

Icyhot and ice have never really been proven to have any long-term adverse effects. Again, just don't go past what you're comfortable with. Be careful with anything that has capsaicin in high amounts, as it doesn't just go to the skin level. There was a sports rub product some years ago that was actually developed to be used on horses. People were returning it to the store (I worked for Walgreens for 9 years, some as an assistant manager) because when they put it on, the chemical got into the lowest layers of their skin, and they couldn't get the burn to stop. To the best of my knowledge, that product is off the market, but you still don't want that stuff getting through to the testicles. It may not damage them, but it will be damn uncomfortable until it wears off.

Clothespins just on the skin are fine. In fact, with practice you can get between 20 and 50 on there without doing any damage to yourself at all. Be careful with things like ripping or knocking them off, especially if your balls are tied or otherwise tight. The pins can tear the skin, which while not dangerous, does cause some bleeding.

Squeezing your balls for a short time (1 to 2 minutes I'd say) is also not harmful, as long as you don't squeeze them past the point where they can keep their normal shape. Don't put them in a vice or under some really heavy weight. Most of the time, just using your hand will be enough, and you can increase or decrease the pressure as you see fit.

The only thing I've heard that really affects sperm production is sitting in hot tubs. Of course, if you well and truly overdo it and damage yourself, I'm thinking that could also cause issues. I did tear a blood vessel in my scrotum once years ago. It hurt like hell, caused some really nasty swelling and bruising, but has not affected my sperm count at all. Just be careful, and listen to your body when/if it tells you to stop or at least lay off a bit.
