Re: copyright, picture/video issues
Well, if you just use promotion material, I guess there won't be any trouble.
Using celebrities carries the risk, that they might not like how the pictures are used here, but I guess the site is to specialised and unknown outside the t&d community, to cause any problems like that.
So just do it, there have been teases with celebrities before.
About the youtube links: If youtube doesn't delete it, it shouldn't be a problem to link it.
If you want to use videos in a webtease, don't use youtube if you can avoid it though.
Anything slightly pornographic has a high risk of getting banned, some videos are not available in some countries, depending on different copyright agreements, and so on. I often come across teases with videos from youtube and the links are often broken.
Try to use a porn tube site, and if that doesn't work, because the video just doesn't qualify as porn, maybe try using some file host.

Re: copyright, picture/video issues
THanks for the replies..
The youtube videos would be simple music videos, but since this site has users from all around the world I might use a different site.
Regarding the pics, I'm really not too sure about the nude pics but I'll just give it a go, if there's a problem I can always take it down. And as long as the watermarks are still on them there shouldn't be a problem.
I've written the draft, probably publish it later

Re: copyright, picture/video issues
There's so much porn going on for free on torrents and stuff, so I really really doubt something could happen to you. To start with, laws of almost all countrys are not eager at all to protect porn, ans some countries are AGAINST it as such, so I doubt you can really get into trouble. I'd say the most there could be done is that someone'll ask yopu to remove the content (or rather they'll ask milovanaa) but thats it.

Re: copyright, picture/video issues
Can someone school me on "fair use" of copyrighted material?
I know that Perez Hilton gets away with using copyrighted pics on his page because he alters them;

Re: copyright, picture/video issues
Human - fair use is a ill-defined legal doctrine. Lots of use may potentially fall under fair use, depending on what the various lawyers can argue successfully. It would be nice if there were a clear, official definition of the types of use that fall under copyright law and the types that are fair use, but sadly no such definition exists. That said, educational use, not-for-profit use and small quotations are typically considered to be fair use. Ultimately, the overwhelming majority of unlicensed use of copyrighted material goes on without legal consequences not because it is legally protected, but because the copyright holder either doesn't know about it or decides it isn't worth the effort. If you aren't making money, or substantial impacting the ability of the copyright holder to make money - and you aren't using it to injure or offend them in some public way, then they are unlikely to respond.
The typical approach to copyright used around the web is that if the copyright holder requests their material be taken down, claiming a violation (which may or may not hold up in court). Obviously, sometimes people get into legal battles. But most often, the copyright holder sends a request and the user complies, it's not worth either sides' time or money to take it further.
