I have had one of these before.. TBH it's just a cheap funnel that you can get at any auto store combined with a leather strap. You can make one for under 10 dollars.

I haven't experienced the gag pictured, we have one of the gags that has snaps on it to attach a strap on. There happens to be a hole through the gag for breathing.
