Unfortunately humanity is, at best, only at the stage of respecting the similarities between peoples and cultures. There is nothing wrong with calling a tall person tall, a black person black, an asian person asian, a white person white. If it is a distinctive feature, it is a distinctive feature. Let the differences become a part of the collective culture rather than trying to homogenize everyone.
(And I say at best because it's a sad fact that most of the world isn't even that far along.)
