I saw a nice idea in a video once (maybe it was posted on this site, I can't really remember). The mistress would left the sub out of his cage for a chance to cum after a certain period of time. The guy had chance to cum with a fleshlight, but the amount of time to do this was based on the length of the time of denial. For example 1 week in denial could mean 10 more seconds playtime with the fleshlight. After 2 weeks he would have 20 seconds to cum.

So maybe at the end of your session you could have a certain amount of strokes or time to cum. And the time would be longer every session. Of course cumming this way could lead to some frustrating ruined o's if the time runs out just at the right moment. But at least you would get to cum...eventually.
