Here is the edit to the rules, as it appears on the rules page on 207.

EDIT: ADDED THIS RULE ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20th.
4. You must wait until I officially change the color before beginning the next one, even if your "next day" has already begun.

Ok I won't post any pictures of a different color until then.

However, I'll post pictures of that days corresponding colour when the sun rises over England!
