Is that meant for me? When the guys were starting posting one sentence/word posts, I just couldn't resist adding more advanced silliness to this thread. But I really expected, that more people not taking part would drive the post count up.

You make an interesting point about the child-without-sex bit being denial. Come to think of it, its also vaguely sadistic, for Marry anyway...All the discomfort/pain without any happyfuntime.

I still dunno if its really Oedipal. I mean, he sent Jesus on a suicide mission, not God Prime. But then the whole multi-body thing. So its a stretch. And I think the complex has to do more with attraction (to the mother) and conflict (with the father)...so was he really at conflict with himself? And was he (either he, for that matter) attracted to Mary, or was she simply a vessel?

Related questions this brings up:

is God Prime capable of carnal lust? (presumably no; but possibly a requisite for it being oedipal)

Did the conception of Jesus by God Prime constitute incest? (probably not, the whole lack of a carnal act)

Does Jesus, God Prime, and The Holy Spirit constitute a multiple-personality disorder? or are they more of a collective? I mean, if thier all the same being, but have distinct personalities...then maybe.
