Ingrown hair

Hi,

Since we started chastity play last year, i got one ingrown hair close to the base of my shaft (where the cock ring sits on a CB 6000). Its been a while... not painful, but its kinda ugly - a rough bump of uneven skin.

Has anyone else here experienced this and is there a good way to fix it? Been this way for several months now :(
