Well, it's a bit experimental. I tried it myself and it worked for me. But I guess, you have to be horny enough to get hard very easily, and you have to use the right kind of gloves.
I have this feeling then of stroking and getting really hard form it but without getting any "nice" feeling from it.
That was the goal of that experiment, but it probably doesn't work for everyone. It only works well for me, if the foreskin is pulled back. Stroking than feels a bit like palming.
The hole tease is more about humiliating someone really horny than it is about stimulation.
