I was going to point that out as well. You can't just make someone sign a contract absolving you of responsibility for any serious injuries and then proceed to injury that person. No court in any civilized country will respect a contract like that - there are strict limits to what rights you legally can and can't sign away whether you want to or not.

I shan't be signing, I'd rather experience a real Mistress/Slave relationship built on trust where you're actually friends too.

Good decision and very well said! That contract was horrific. Even if large parts of it are unenforceable I can only imagine what the woman proposing such things must be like...

Btw. I'm sorry that your previous real life relationship didn't work out. I have enjoyed reading that thread "How I told my girlfriend about my T&D fetish" it sounded like you had something great going there for both of you.

Also I'll take this chance to say that your teases are some of the very best on this site. Every single one of them is very well written - in fact you're probably my favorite tease author here. Thanks Mastah007, I was thinking the same, that ok, there's no way it's legal and a lot of it is unenforceable but who would actually ask someone to sign that?

It was a definite shame about the relationship and writing the 'How I told my gf..' thread was always fun....in a very tormented kinda way lol. But these things happen, and we'll still stay friends so it's not all bad. If I find a Mistress maybe I'll start a new thread one day :)

I'm glad you like the teases, I'm not sure if it's more fun writing them or doing them, it's always nice getting good feedback. It's been a while since I wrote any, when I was living out in Spain I had the easy life and plenty of time, now I'm back in London and don't have so much free time......but you know, I think I may just have to write a new one soon!

your better off with out that so - called "mistress" . there should be trust between a dominate and a submissive , if you trust one another then there is no need for a contract

I hope I am wrong but I get the feeling that she will contact you again wanting you to sign a new contract .

if she does don't even give her the time of day , she is something that you stepped in and need to scrape off your shoes
