So.. I've been lurking here on and off for a while, enjoyed the teases, made an account.. And I guess now I join in with posting on occasion. So, hi folks ;)
In any case.. I know there's a lot of you out there who go without orgasm for very long amounts of time. I tip my notional hat to you. That said, personally I don't quite have the conviction, nor really the ambition to go without for more than a week or so, and without someone holding the reins I rarely go even that long on my own. But I really enjoy being needy and frustrated, and the added intensity in teasing that mindset and sensitivity add.
So, if anyone out there is like me in that regard, I have something you can try. I was under orders to stick to this once and it was very effective for me. The idea is simple: After you wake up, and I mean right after, preferably before you even leave the bed, masturbate to orgasm. Ideally it won't even be all that intense, since you're still sleepy, and haven't had much opportunity to build up need during the day.
Now the interesting part: That's your last orgasm for the day. No more until the next morning. After a few days, that knowledge alone would have me feeling pretty needy within 30 minutes, with no release in sight. Worse (or really, better yet), I would have my teasing sessions at night, before bedtime, when the neediness of the day has been affecting me the longest, and that next orgasm feels far away due to being after you sleep. The result being that I went to bed really horny and frustrated every night.
Then come morning, I'd have cooled down enough that my orgasm isn't nearly as pleasurable as it would've been in my heightened state of arousal the night before. Soon that realization started adding to the frustration before bed. The best thing though, was that I easily kept that up for weeks, whereas before one week was often a struggle and not always in the fun way either.
So, sure, those already able to go without for days may not find the technique very useful, but for those who like me just don't do as well with long-term complete denial, this is an alternative that was very effective for me.

Not so much a fan of long-term denial, as of intensity in teasing. Though a couple days is certainly fun.

I'm the same, only enjoy short term denial really.

Very interesting idea. I am not sure that I would feel all that needy by the end of the day. I might give it a try, heck anything is worth a try. But I also like Brian's modifcation. That could really drive you nuts knowing that the ruined orgasm is it for the whole day. Especially if you commit to do it every day for a week.
