I like series, but when you look at the list, they take up so much space, and some some series have been posted over the perioid of weeks. So you have to click on the author and then on his teases ... and then search the series and ...
Well I was thinking wouldn't it be better to group series together, and when you click on it you get the singles teases included in this series.
It could look like:
Name of series (# of webteases in it) ... [date of last added webtease]
<overall description of the series>
It would cerently clean up the complete list a bit ;)

Re: Grouping Webtease Series
Yeah that would be good.
At the moment the only way to group a series is if the author adds a unique tag to each part of the series, then you can just click the tag and it will display each tease in that series. Ive started to do this and some other authors do it too but I wish more would

Re: Grouping Webtease Series
It would be nice to add a tag for series
Would that be a solution?

Re: Grouping Webtease Series
don't know how it is for you guys, but when i click on a tag I loose every other search options. I can't sort anymore, or search for keywords or anything else. Or add a second tag.
I really don't like the tag system as it is now, thats why i was thinking about an alternate way to order series.
and tagging wouldn't help the 2000+ entries and jumble, and seeing part of series on every other page while browsing. "oh part x of that series, and part y of that and part z of that and ... " instead of finding new teases on a new page :)

Re: Grouping Webtease Series
Yeah it doesnt really help sort out the jumble (i kinda like delving trough the archive to see what suprises there are).
But tagging does help if you know what you're looking for.
For example, textureshrooms 'Lisas Sissy Training' series has the tag lisa-sissy-series (http://www.milovana.com/webteases/showt ... ssy-series) as you can see the teases are grouped on one page if you click the link. Pretty handy, but still you have to go thorugh the archives, find a series you like, check to see if the author has made a unique tag, click the tag, etc etc... a pretty longwinded process.
I had an idea of creating an offsite wiki for this kinda stuff. It would take a lot of work but anyone interested in sorting the archive could add to it. Basically each tag/fetish would have its own catergory and good teases would be listed on those pages. That way tease series could also be grouped together. Plus any other t+d stuff could be added there
Not sure if it would work, or how many people would contribute, its just an idea.
As for sorting teases after you click a tag. Try this method:
that should give you a list that you can sort by rating/views etc.
Also, you can search multiple tags by adding a comma and then a new tag.
For example:
Im not sure if there is a way to exclude tags.
Ive noticed that once you do a search, if you try to change the address at the top, nothing happens. you need to open a new window/tab and paste the address into it to get the page to refresh.
Hope that makes sense

Re: Grouping Webtease Series
Tagging is a solution and authors can do that. I can try, although I haven't previously.cumhardy wrote:Yeah that would be good.

Another solution would be if Milovana allowed one to search on just titles. Several have asked for this before, and it would definitely help find a series, especially if you could search for all titles beginning with a certain phrase.
Re: All Cactusman's Series tagged
I think I have now tagged all my series. So you can access them as follows.cactusman wrote:Tagging is a solution and authors can do that. I can try, although I haven't previously.cumhardy wrote:Yeah that would be good.

Re: Grouping Webtease Series
I wanted to add to my list the Maria Pavlova series which you can find by using:
http://www.milovana.com/webteases/showt ... ova-series
I encourage other series authors to adopt this kind of convention as well.
