Tips
Start small and stay comfortable
I use "preparation H as a lube as it is designed to soothe the rectum.
And i find out performs ky gel.

Prostate massage takes time to achieve as a solo experience but a partner can be more effective.

Never put anything directly from arse to mouth
Mouth to arse is ok.

The Aneros is the way to go, and honestly i would not use Preparation H.
It is petrol based if I recall so your asshole will feel slimy.
Go for a good silicon based gel lube.
