Tech Support: Chat Issues

The chat room is still not right.


The rolling jokes are still a pain in the arse/ass.

The options button is still missing so no way of adjust which sounds are heard ,

Or the ability to time stamp conversations, which is needed for one on one teases.

Wish List: Who is in the chat?

First of all my compliments for the software and for the technical support: I have a very happy (chatting) community now and help from your tech department has been surprisingly fast.

But I do have one for the Wish List: On my previous chat you could click on a link where you could see who was in the chat before you logged in yourself. It was very popular with those people who wanted to talk to someone in particular. Or avoid someone

This was a hack for another flash chat but it would be handy if a future release of 123FC would have something like it.

every now and then a few of the users look like they're using wingdings as a font, i've attached a picture to show what i mean. however many of the other guests and see the text normally and they say they're using tahoma or the default font.

i'm on a mac, but have most fonts so i dont know why this would be this way, any ideas?!

Couldn't reproduce the problem.

Some part of me thinks you're playing a joke on me.

But in all seriousness, if I can't reproduce the problem there is little chance I'll be able to fix it. Make sure you have the latest Flash Player and if the problem comes up try reloading the page and see if that fixes it.

still no luck to be honest, i have no idea why it happens - haven't seen the issue anywhere else. maybe something funky is going on with my firefox/OSx combo :S

We now have a situation that when in any mode of private chat
Private Message Box or Whisper.

You can now be dropped into public dialogue with no warning!!!

Also nearly everybody is being kicked out of chat some almost instantly.
