I have been watching what Shell has been doing , it's almost like watching a kitten with a cat-nip mouse.

I was going to give Shell a reward for the way she both incouraged and teased subtleslave but now I am thinking that she will get a reward if and or when subtleslave makes it to the half way point.

which means subtleslave has to do about 350 more pushups and sit ups in order for Shell to have her reward.
