The idea is:

The tease is based around the idea of a stop/start traffic light style tease, but with a twist. The stroker is firstly told to try and cum on every greenlight and stop on every redlight. probably as close as you are gonna get. i havent done them, but it's at least along the same lines at what you are looking for...modify it to you wants. i doubt anyone will take up your offer to make an additional tease just for you. (not being mean, just honest)
