And yet again, what weight does it hold if you ARE or ARE NOT a Milovana Team Member? What's the difference anyway?
The participation in some group doesn't make you cool and stuff, yet your deeds will not be better or worse depending on if you are on the team or not. This Milovana Team - is just a words, maybe another banner under the nickname - nad THAT'S IT. Yet you all (users and members) seem to place so much weight in those words, as if all team members are ABOVE all others just because they are actually members. WTF is that logic? Who cares? If someone does a lot, I'll respect him, even if he's just a user. If someone is in some group and does nothing special - then he's the same mortal as all others. But on this site all seems to be shifted from normal logic into some cult of Milovana Team. Now I respect the site and the team that's holding it together, but that's too much. "Oh, he's moderating the channel but he's not on a team!" or "If you are not on the team your poll caries no weight...". Let's just say that Milovana team are nice guys, but it's not the Pandemonium of the entire site. If a guy moderates the channel he IS on your team, and maybe does more than other team "members". Even if he has no "fancy banner". If the poll is created by someone, the result's decided by USERS will not be less important ih he has no "fancy banner". Yet Indigo (no real offence) sticks everywhere, pointing out who's "on a team" and who "is not". Doesn't such concerns seem strange to YOU in the first place? To all of you?

I will concede that Nezhul's words were harsh, but I'm not sure he meant them that way. I have often said words and immediately regretted how they came out. I greatly appreciate all the time that the team puts into this time, but I feel that it would be better to say that, in a sense, everyone who contributes to the forums and webteases is a member of the team in their own right. If it weren't for people like you and I there would be no need/use/material for this site. So while I don't have access to all the nooks and crannies of this site. I still see myself as part of the team because I have contributed. Of course, I have only done two teases, so I'm not a vital member, but . . . I hope this comes across clearly. I don't mean to offend anyone I just think that even though Jenny doesn't have access to all parts of this site she is still a team member in her own way.

Milovana team should get respect, is all I'm saying. But frankly, if the guy moderates your chat - he IS on your team. Yet you seem to place "official status" above real things, and state that he's not on the team. Tho from your words it follows that Milovana team does exactly what he does, but yet you rush on forum to "clarify" things.
Yes, Milovana team should have some respect. I'm full aware that someone's looking after forum, paying for the site, etc. But frankly, you put too much into that status. Yes, you did good, great job. But here we have the situation where you seem to rank the "team" too high, like some divine beings that should be respected for all eternity.
You know, I was a mod onseveral forums in my life. And I'm administrating game server now. All volunteer. But there was NO time, when I, or one of my comrades, asked respect. Yes, we usually recieve it, as it comes with this work. But noone's ever shouting "Respect me, I'm keeping the site going and off from spam!!!". That's simply rude.
But what's more rude, is having a guy doing "Milovana Team's" job, yet you not congratulate him, but rush here to "clarify" that he's not one of you. That's simply low and dumb.

Now as for your reply on my poll thing...

You are, of course, welcome to create a poll in regards to a Flash-TOTM, however, as I understand the rules, only a poll created by a Milovana Team Member holds weight as far as officiality goes. Unfortunately, as I am going thru a rather messy divorce, lost my job, my house, and some health problems on top of everything else, I simply don't have the capacity to take much action on Milo ... I'm struggling with getting my life back together. I don't know if any other Team Members would like to pick up the mantle, and carry the TOTM and FTOTM nominations, (and any help would be greatly appreciated folks .. ) or if Seraph0x has had time to do them or not (I bet not, he's a busy guy as well) ... so I apologize to all members eagerly awaiting the votes to go up, from an official capacity. I hope that we can get something worked out soon.

So you are lying here. Your point was nowhere CLOSE to suggesting me to add rules. You bumped there just to tell anyone that "Only a milovana team can create polls", and so on. Please, point me at least ONE phrase here, that's connecting this quote and your post. Looks like we are talking about different posts. Seems to me, that somwhere else, deep in your imagination, you adviced me to add standart rules to the post. Tho unfortunately all your fingers managed to type is the blabber about milovana team's exclusive right on such polls. Really, really strange, that you have a nerve to lie like that.

Haha. Yea, as you write it here, your post was all unclear. It's like "I have written THIS, but I actually meant THAT, so it's your fault for not understanding". Marvelous.
And again, who the hell cared if FTOTM poll would be made officially or not? Since noone seemed to have ANY interest in making an official version, I don't see the opint in talking about "rights" to create it. Ya know, I wouldn't create classic one while I know It's your thing. But as noone else is up for creating FTOTM - I did it. Can't I say "Hey, guys, let's choose the best flash tease"? And again with the fancy banner and official stuff - it's not like the FTOTM chosen in my unofficial poll would be any BIT less approved by the community, if it has no fancy banner given. You know, it's still people who choose it, and it doesn't matter if the official status is given or not - the people are still the same, their opinion is the same, and it won't change any bit from the "status" of the poll. And frankly I don't think the winner would feel less honored, if it's unofficial poll.
And I should point that you completely ignored your actions in that topic, in your reply to my post. It's not a personal grudge, you know, I don't care that much about polls and stuff. I just don't like the attitude to always point out that Milovana Team stands aside, maybe I should say, Above normal users. My point was that you point it too much. Just knowing that isn't enough for you or something?

And about trolling thing. It may seem so, but you know - it's very convenient topic nowadays. If there's an arguement, some collapse in opinions - it's always easy to say "stop trolling" if you lack the arguements to support your position.
