Tease Turnoffs
Re: Tease Turnoffs
Always thought that cum is a legimate word on itself, not the shortened version of come... SO basically in english "to have orgasm" may be rephrased in "to come"?

Re: Tease Turnoffs
The word "CUM"
I uphold to be a word in its own right not a shortening of "COME"
"ASS" is American English.
"ARSE" is British English.
I am happy with this same as
"Color" and "Colour"
"Thru" and "Through"
Hence my asking British or American.
In another thread
Grammor and spelling check
about grammar and spelling checking.
I do think think it strange that English is considered to be a language only and not a race of people.
Britain is not a country nor is the "UK"

No need to be afraid! . . . . . International English:- Arse = posterior. Ass = donkey.janmb wrote: I'm afraid.

Re: Tease Turnoffs
International english - is the english that most foreigners use. And I can assure you, that as long as "Ass" is still a donkey for most people, it's also the part of the lower body for them. "Ass" is surely more spread through the world than arse. And frankly I'm bugged with arse much more. As I'm used to use the word ass.

Re: Tease Turnoffs
I disagree with you. British people are less limited, in general, in their understanding of alternative flavours of their language and can understand Canadian, Australian, South African, New Zealand and even American English and view their television programmes with but few difficulties, whereas citizens of the US of A do have difficulties, even, we are led to believe, with understanding Benny Hill. We have, in all those flavours of English, as well as International English, a perfectly good word in 'arse' which clearly delineates 'posterior' from 'donkey' - so why not use it?
The question, unless I'm very much mistaken, was about what turns one off during a tease and I've respoded to that question not only with what turns me off but also explained, coherently, why I find the use of 'cum' and 'ass' to be turn-offs. They are similar to mis-spellings and bad grammar in that they interrupt the flow. Indeed, it is arguable that that is precisely what they are: examples of mis-spellings and bad grammar.
To use an Americanism: "If it ain't bust - don't fix it." In this case, why use a corrupted word when the original serves its purpose better?

Re: Tease Turnoffs
The language of a person is something unique. So basically it isn't the matter of what's closer to literature language, but what suits the model in the picture the most. And sometimes those simplyfied or wrong words can serve a purpose of making the atmosfere in a tease less formal.
I think it's still up to the author. It's like some of the "mistresses" humiliate you and refer to you as "bitch" and so on, and others are polite. The character is formed by the words they use too.

Re: Tease Turnoffs
. . . . . . and wouldn't we all prefer to be teased by someone in silk Janet Reger or Agent Provocateur; in Axfords or Vollers corsetry; who speaks seductively in velvet tones redolent of Fenella Fielding or Joanna Lumley? In other words with the sensuality inherent in sophistication rather than by a fat slag from Dagenham who doesn't know the difference between a nightie and a negligée (let alone how to spell it) and who thinks peppering her conversation with the f-word adds kudos?
No need to vote - we all know the answer.

Re: Tease Turnoffs
Are you sure?
For a tease to be really effective we want the gorgeous creature teasing us to be inside our heads, to read our minds, to gauge our reactions to the minutest degree, to know exactly what to do to us and when to do it to heighten our senses and maximise our experience, to always be one step ahead and to revel in what they are doing to us, to know precisely when to stop and to gloat over our helplessness, to know what we are thinking even before we are conscious of it ourselves.
Does that sound like your crude fat slag from Dagenham or my sophisticated svelte Goddess from Knightsbridge?

Re: Tease Turnoffs
I'm not telling she should be a bitch or something, who I know a lot of guys like THAT too (or else there wouldn't be such teases). It's just that "gorgeous creature" - doesn't mean she's supposed to talk literature language. On the contrary, I should say that for me a bit more simple language in better. It's like we talk in real life after all. Lots of us, at least.
Becides, you agitate everyone to make girls talking on a correct British English. BUT as long as it's good, it'd be the same as agitate to use only blond models. There should be such divercity. SO if the words like "ass" are used in a tease - just think that the girl is american.

I do think that that proper grammar and spelling is important in a teasea, but there is no such thing as a corrupted word.Paulette the Tart wrote:In this case, why use a corrupted word when the original serves its purpose better?

You are aware of the fact that a word can have multiple meanings, right?Paulette the Tart wrote:No need to be afraid! . . . . . International English:- Arse = posterior. Ass = donkey.
Admittedly, ass in the context of posteriors has got nothing to do with the word used in relation to the animal, but it's still a fully valid use of the word, as a derived version of arse.
Yes, I most certainly CAN do it again!

Re: Tease Turnoffs
I suggest that we shall have to agree to differ and accept that it is a case of donkeys horses for courses.
I am happy to accept that there is a case to be made for bimbos using the more slovenly terms but I maintain the right to be turned off if a lady of class were to use them and I hope that tease authors would understand that no such lady would make such basic errors.

It's not an error. It simply has different meanings in different regions. I don't see why you can't accept that.

Re: Tease Turnoffs
It may not be an error in American but I don't see why you can't accept that no quality English Mistress would ever use the word 'ass' in this context or spell 'come' any other way.
