... However, I don't like the format you have chosen. I just don't like the pictures. I would enjoy your teases much more if I could read the text without seeing the the girls that have been chosen for me by somebody else. To counter the inevitable people out there that will jump and tell me "well don't look," "turn pictures off," "copy and paste and do it yourself," etc... Yeah? Well, this is my opinion.

Hearing the voice in the head and imagining a girl in front of me is much more immersive to me. I'd like them more if I could read the text as a whole in the stories forum if you ever decide to do that!

But note that the narrator ("I") in the series is a woman, Maria Pavlova, and the main male character is her husband Tom. I did this because I wanted to get inside Maria's mind during the tease. However, I think the technique I'm using in this series is in fact less immediate and less involving than the technique I have used in other series, where the story is inside the mind of "you" who is the main male character (e.g., in my "Your Investigation" series).

I should also say that I have learned a lot from the negative comments I got about the Maria Pavlova series. In particular, I learned to use more dialog to mitigate the effects of this the indirectness of having Maria tell the story. But when I finish the Maria Pavlova series, I will probably go back to my old technique.
