Umm.. Actually, its easier then find picture while browsing (For me at least). You just full-screen the video, and press the "print-screen" button on your keyboard.. Mine sais "Prt Sc" so my guess it varies.

Open your desktop and rightclick your mouse into the "New" tab and "Bitmap Picture". Then right click on it, and "Edit".. Then you CTRL+V the print-screen into that.. (Dont forget to save)
