Teasing stroll

I have an idea, actually have had it for a while
but I have never been sure how to do it.

I want to wrap something around my pensi that will be attached to my legs
(Or feet, not sure)
Anyway the idea is that it would move just a little every time I walk stroking me just a little.

I wonder if straps around each leg , tied, linked to a sleeve of some kind
I was hoping that it would move (somehow) when I walk.

Problems are how to link something to my penis, Rope? String? Leather straps?
Would it connect around my feet? my thigh?
It would also have to be secured behind the balls with a base ring.

Can anyone help me create such a thing?
Or have suggestions?
