I've used things like shaving foam/cream or shower gel, soap etc while I've been in the shower. (For some reason soap doesn't bother me.)
Toothpaste has been used as a punishment type lube before.
They're pretty common things though. I'm curious too see what the most unusual substance that someone has used is though.

(Actually it's why I used it- I'm messed up I know)
I also loosely wrapped leather around my erect penis and then used Glue on it
let it dry and used that to rub with (I have a permanent scar from this so: NOT recommended)

The worst ever was vaporub. It lasted so pong and afterwards I took a shower to rinse it off and it was even more intense. The on thing that topped this was being given the chance to come but I had to add salt to the lubricant. I had to give up on that one.... horrible.
