My third lap of edges were timed in my head ! firstly held for 19 seconds secondly 21 seconds although i was counting quite fast that time so probly more like 18ish and finally 15 secs i was very worked up by this point and couldn't hold much more !

me again ! erm i started my first leg of round two at quarter two, after putting it off a little to be honest

I have done my first three edges and am not far from my next chip . !st edge on tip toes and clenching managed to hold for 20 secs. 2ndly i held for just 10 secs kneeling and squirming haha finally 17 secs kneeling and clenching whilst gazing at a certain pic

That last one i had to stop and when i did i kind of buckled over with the momentum of an emergency stop effectively !
