Hello. Not to sound like a jerk,but in the future you really should radius all
of the edges and make the counterbores deeper all in the name of comfort.

if you search for a split collars you can probably find it online but don't buy it from a sex shop as it will be much more expensive there but buy it from a manufacturer like Kaman or others if you can find it.

I went to the Kaman Site and I saw the following...

Hello Ms Alison,

if you go to this link Find Part and in the first text box (Part # or Description) enter Split Collar and hit search it will return about 250 results of diffrent split collars, made from aluminum, steel and stainless steel and many different sizes.

stainless steel ones are pretty expensive but what i did was purchased some made from regular steel (black oxide) and i painted them with some appliance grade spray paint that i got at home depot to prevent rusting.

i think i have six of them

Edit: make sure you get the ones (if you are getting them) that are made from two pieces not the one piece. In the description it will say 1 PC or 2 PC

the number that you see in the description for example like 3/4 or 5/8 or 15/16 or 1", etc etc. that's the size of the inside diameter so depending on your size get one that won't slip off when you have it on that could also depend on the size of your balls.

Something I've tried is a regular lock. One that is shaped a little longer and narrower. Small note, for some reasons when I wear the lock for over a hour, the pain is slowly building up. If I go to bed with it, I end op awake in the middle of the night.
