Jumping the gun for the next recording, but since you asked Kristina Corp and Metronome is a dynamite combo.
The scenario I'm envisioning is where you tell the listener to follow the (prerecorded, at variable pace) metronome for a few minutes and sit at your desk to check on something else; the purpose being warmup/stamina test etc; and since you cant be bothered to keep instructing the subject.
